“It’s hard to say ‘Central Otago’ without adding ‘Pinot’.”
Our region has made its name from top quality Pinot Noir, with a variety of stunning expressions being crafted in each of the numerous sub-regions of Central Otago. Along-side Pinot we also produce excellent Riesling, with crisp minerality and sumptuous aromatics that are pleasantly dry and balanced. Pinot Gris and Chardonnay also grow well with plenty of fruit forward aromatics and crisp fresh palates. Similarly you will find Rose, Sparkling & Orange Wines in the region that are simply excellent.
